How We Started

At 2 Bullies Bakery, we believe every dog treat should do more than make tails wag-it should support your fur baby’s health, happiness, and overall well-being. Based in Hillsboro, Oregon, our family-owned dog bakery was created because we wanted better treats for our own pups: treats made with limited ingredients, thoughtful nutrition, and fewer empty calories than many mass-produced, store-bought options.

What started as a way to spoil our own dogs with healthier dog treats grew into a mission to help other pet parents feel good about every bite they share.

Why We Started

We know those soulful puppy-dog eyes can be hard to resist. Like many pet parents, we found ourselves giving an extra treat here and there - and we decided those extra bites should count.

That idea sparked two years of research into supplements, herbs, ingredient combinations, and ideal amounts. We wanted to create healthy dog treats that could help support the real wellness needs our own dogs faced while adding an extra layer of care as they aged.
